How a mobile glass job works

  1. Tell us what happened. Call, text, or send a request with your vehicle's year, make, and model and where the damage is.
  2. Get a straight answer. We'll tell you whether it's a repair or a replacement, what it costs, and whether your insurance will likely cover it.
  3. We come to you. Pick a time and place that works. Your driveway, your office parking lot, wherever your vehicle is in the Valley.
  4. Drive away done. We finish the job on site and tell you exactly how long to wait before driving.

Common questions

Do you come to me, or do I need to bring the car somewhere?

We come to you. Perfect Touch is a mobile auto glass service, so the work happens at your home, your office, or wherever the vehicle is parked, anywhere in the Phoenix Valley.

Will my insurance cover a new windshield?

Often, yes. Most comprehensive policies cover glass, and in many cases there is little or no out-of-pocket cost. We work with all insurance companies and handle the claim paperwork with you so you are not stuck on the phone.

Can a chip be repaired, or does the whole windshield need to be replaced?

Many small chips and short cracks can be repaired if you catch them early, which is faster and cheaper than replacing the glass. Send us a photo or describe the damage and we'll tell you honestly which one it needs.

How long does a windshield replacement take?

Most replacements take about an hour on site, plus a short cure time before the vehicle is safe to drive. We'll tell you the exact wait for your vehicle before we leave.

Cracked? Chipped? We've got you covered.
