Privacy policy
The short version: we collect what you send us so we can quote and schedule your glass work, we don't sell it, and we don't keep a database of it.
What we collect and why
The service request form. When you send a request, you give us your name, phone number, vehicle details, the vehicle's location, and anything you write in the message box. Email is optional. We use this to contact you, quote the job, and schedule the visit. Submissions are transmitted by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which sends them to us as email. We do not operate a customer database behind this website; your request lives in our email like any other message you might send us.
Calls and texts. If you call or text (480) 335‑4740, we see your number the way any phone does. If you text photos of your damage, we use them to assess the job.
Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use it: which pages get read, which buttons get tapped. This involves cookies and collects information such as device type and approximate location. It does not tell us who you are. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the site.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes visitor IP addresses as part of delivering and securing any website it hosts.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers named above, our insurance-billing process when you ask us to bill your insurer, and anywhere the law requires. We don't send marketing lists, newsletters, or automated campaigns from this website's form.
Retention and your choices
Request emails are kept as ordinary business records, the same way we keep invoices and job notes. If you'd like the information you sent through the form deleted, email [email protected] or call (480) 335‑4740 and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.
Children
This website is for people arranging vehicle glass service and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes and contact
