Perfect Touch Auto Glass has served the Phoenix Valley since 2010. The business is owner-run, so customers deal directly with the people doing the work.
Owner-run since 2010
Owen Grauberger started working in auto glass in 2000, taking summer and after-school shifts at a small local shop in Colorado. He moved to Arizona around 2005, attended Mesa Community College, and continued working in auto glass around the Valley. By 2010, customers were calling him directly for the work, and he decided to start Perfect Touch Auto Glass.
More than fifteen years later, the business is still built largely on referrals and customer reviews. Customers regularly mention the same things: showing up on time, fair pricing, clean work, and help with the insurance process.
The crew stays small by design. The person quoting the job is involved in the job, from the first call through cleanup.
How we work
Repair when repair makes sense. If the damage can be repaired safely, we'll tell you. If it needs replacement, we'll explain why.
The service comes to you. Work is done at your home, your workplace, or another location where the vehicle can be serviced safely.
Help with the insurance claim. We work with all insurance companies and help customers through the claim process from the first call. Details on how that works.
Clear instructions before we leave. You'll know the safe drive-away time, what to avoid during the initial cure period, and whether your vehicle's cameras required recalibration.
Warranty on the work. Every job carries a full labor and materials warranty covering workmanship and product defects. New damage is not a warranty issue, but problems with the glass or installation are covered.
