A customer's experience with the claim process

★★★★★

Perfect Touch was great, from initial phone call, to working with my insurance company and coverage, scheduling, and to installing the replacement windshield. Great service and communication throughout the process. This was my first time having to replace a windshield and it was a much easier experience than I expected. Highly recommend Perfect Touch.

How a glass claim works with Perfect Touch

  1. Call us first. Tell us your vehicle and your insurance company. We'll tell you whether the damage is a repair or a replacement.
  2. We open the claim together. For most carriers, we get on the phone with you and the insurer and guide the claim from start to finish. GEICO phone waits can be long, so we usually walk you through filing in the GEICO app instead.
  3. We schedule the job. Once the claim is approved, we come to you just like any other appointment.
  4. We bill the insurer. You pay only your deductible, if your policy has one for glass.

Paying out of pocket?

Sometimes the deductible is higher than the repair, or you'd rather not file. We'll give you a firm quote for your exact vehicle before we schedule, so you know the price before the work is booked.

Insurers we work with

We work with all insurance companies and are a preferred vendor with major carriers. If you're using insurance, call us with the carrier name and we'll tell you how the claim is handled.

Insurance questions

Will a glass claim raise my rates?

We can't speak for your insurer, but glass claims are generally treated differently from at-fault accident claims. Your agent can tell you exactly how your policy handles it.

Can I choose my own glass shop?

In Arizona you have the right to choose who repairs your vehicle. Your insurer may suggest a network shop, but you can ask for Perfect Touch by name. Under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 20-469), the choice of glass shop is yours, and an insurer that recommends a shop is required to tell you so at the same time.

What do I need to have ready?

Your insurance company name and policy number, your vehicle's year, make, model, and VIN, and a rough description of the damage. We'll walk through the rest with you.

Cracked? Chipped? We've got you covered.

Call or text for a quote, or send a request and we'll get back to you. We bring the shop to you, anywhere in the Valley.
